Baish: Happy to Return to Iraqi League and Compete for the Title

Iraq international Ibrahim Bayesh has expressed his immense happiness after officially signing a contract to join Erbil FC, coming from Al Dhafra in the UAE, marking his return to the Iraqi league.

Baish stated in his first remarks after signing: "I am happy to sign my contract with Erbil and embark on a new experience. I am also pleased to return to the Iraqi league once again."

Baysh's joining of Arbil represents a new milestone in his local career, having previously played for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and Al-Zawraa. This time, he returns through the "Hawler Gate" carrying great ambitions with the yellow team.

The winger of the "Lions of Mesopotamia" confirmed that his goal with Erbil is clear, stating: "I hope to give my all for the club and compete for top positions in the standings. The team has the capabilities to compete for the league."

Baysh's statements confirm Arbil's management's ambition to build a strong team capable of returning to the podium, after reinforcing the squad with players who have both local and international experience.

Baish did not hide his admiration for the city of Erbil, saying: "Erbil is a very beautiful city, and I have personally admired it for a long time. I am happy to be here."

Baish's return to the Iraqi league is a significant technical addition for Erbil, as he is one of the standout wingers in Iraqi football, possessing professional experience in the UAE and Qatar, in addition to his continuous participation with the national team.
