Diriyah Plans to Snatch Senegalese Talent from West Ham
French media reports have revealed that Al-Dhariyah is close to securing a strong transfer deal during the summer window, having entered advanced negotiations to sign Senegalese talent Alpha Toure.
According to French newspaper "L'Équipe", Diriyah FC's management has reached an agreement with French club FC Metz to acquire the services of the young player in a deal worth approximately €7 million.
This move reflects Al-Dhariyah's desire to bolster its ranks with young players of great potential, as part of its plan to build a competitive team for the new season in the Roshan Saudi League.
However, Diriyah's path to signing Al-Fa Touré will not be easy, as West Ham United has shown interest in acquiring the Senegalese player, entering a fierce race with the Saudi club.
In preparation for the upcoming season, Diriyah has announced its schedule of friendly matches during its training camp abroad, which includes strong encounters before the start of the Roshn League.
The Saudi team is set to play several friendly matches, facing Swedish side Trelleborg on July 18, followed by a clash against Danish team FA 2000 on the 23rd of the same month during their training camp in Sweden.
Diriyah will face Qatari side Al Rayyan and UAE's Al Ain on July 30 and August 2 during their training camp in Spain. They will return to Riyadh to take on Al Khulood on August 8 to conclude their preparations.
