Terry Olksak, assistant coach of Neum, stated during the press conference that the players entered the match with great determination to win, wanting to dedicate it to Galtié in these difficult circumstances.

Olkashak admitted that Nyom did not perform at the required level during the first half hour, explaining that the frequent loss of possession and inaccurate passes caused problems for the team during that period.

He added that the players executed the coaching staff's instructions better at the start of the second half, which helped them turn the result around and secure the victory, praising their commitment on the pitch.

The assistant coach explained that resorting to player rotation was essential, given the team is facing seven matches in 20 days, stressing the importance of giving players a chance to recover and maintain their readiness.

On the other hand, Bruno Lage, the manager of Al-Dhariyah, expressed his dissatisfaction with some refereeing decisions, believing his team deserved a better result against Neom.

Laj stated that some big teams enjoy, in his view, different refereeing treatment, pointing to cases he believes were awarded in favor of competitors while Al-Dhariyah did not receive similar decisions.

Al-Dhariyah's coach cited the match against Al-Qadisiyah, emphasizing that his team was denied a penalty he deemed deserved. He also expressed his surprise at the penalty awarded against them in the match against Neom.

Lag confirmed that his team had a good first half and deserved a better result, but he noted that conceding an easy goal changed the course of the match, despite his satisfaction with the players' performance.

The Portuguese coach emphasized his responsibility for the loss and the way his team conceded the two goals, confirming that Al-Dhariyah will hold a training session on Saturday morning to work on improving performance and correcting mistakes.

Nyom dedicated his victory over Al-Dhariyah to his coach Christophe Galtier, who missed the match due to the death of his mother. The team managed to turn around a deficit to win 2-1.
