Juventus Targets Kessié, Eyes Balogun as Offensive Option

Juventus continues to bolster its ranks during the summer transfer window, having initiated steps to sign Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessié, alongside exploring new options to reinforce their attacking line.

According to "Football Italia," citing "La Gazzetta dello Sport," Juventus is set to make their first offer to sign Franck Kessie on a free transfer after the player rejected an extension of his contract with Al Ahly.

The source added that Kessie's agent requested a signing bonus exceeding €5 million, while the Italian club is reviewing the details of the deal before official negotiations begin.

Randall Kolo Muani remains Juventus' primary target for the forward position, but stalled negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain have prompted the club to include Folarin Balogun, the Monaco striker, on their list of alternatives.

The report indicates that Juventus is also monitoring Matheus Pellegrino, the Parma striker, as part of their plan to bolster the front line during the transfer market.

The source indicated that Monaco is demanding around €50 million to part ways with Balogun, a figure that brings the cost of the deal close to that of signing Randal Kolo Muani.
