Mourinho Begins New Era at Real Madrid with Player Evaluations

Jose Mourinho starts his new tenure at Real Madrid with early challenges, returning to the club after 13 years, as the team seeks to end a two-season trophy drought and prepares for the upcoming season's training.

According to "Mundo Deportivo," one of the Portuguese coach's first tasks will be to determine the futures of several players, including Eduardo Camavinga and Franco Mastantuono, as training begins at Valdebebas.

The report adds that Camavinga will undergo a thorough evaluation following a dip in form and recurring injuries. While he does not wish to leave, his situation may change if Mourinho informs him he is not in his plans.

It was also noted that Mastantuono could be loaned out next season if he fails to impress Mourinho during the pre-season, similar to Endrick's experience with Olympique Lyon.

The Spanish newspaper highlighted that Mourinho will also keep an eye on several young talents, such as Thiago Pietarch, Jorge Cistero, and Manuel Angel, who will start the season with the Castilla team.

The report confirms that Mourinho will face numerous tactical files from day one as he aims to steer Real Madrid back into contention for titles.
