Manchester City Loans Sivert Nebb to Belgian Lommel
Manchester City has announced the loan of young Norwegian midfielder Sivert Nebb to Lommel SK for the entire season, extending until the end of the 2026-2027 season, pending the necessary international clearance.
Nebb, 19, is considered one of Norway's rising talents. Manchester City signed him from Rosenborg in the summer of 2025 on a long-term deal, before loaning him to Middlesbrough last season. However, the experience did not go as hoped, and the loan was mutually terminated in February after limited appearances with the team.
Nebb's move to Lommel represents a new step in his development, especially since the Belgian club is part of the City Football Group, which owns Manchester City. This provides him with the opportunity to gain regular playing time in an environment that aligns with the English club's philosophy of nurturing young talents.
Manchester City concluded its official statement by wishing the player success in his new venture, saying: "We wish you all the best, Sivert."
