Como Eyes Davinson After Chalobah Deal Stalls
Como is seeking to bolster their defense during the summer transfer window, having identified Colombian defender Davinson Sanchez as a potential target after negotiations for Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea fell through.
According to "Football Italia," Como has reached out to Galatasaray to inquire about the possibility of signing Sanchez, as they deemed Chelsea's asking price of €35 million to be excessively high.
Sanchez joined Galatasaray from Tottenham for €9.5 million, having previously moved to the English club from Ajax in a deal worth €42 million in 2017.
The report noted that the Colombian defender made 45 appearances for Galatasaray last season, scoring two goals, making him one of the top candidates to strengthen Como's defense in the summer transfer market.
