Real Betis Finalizes Fran Garcia Deal

Spanish club Real Betis is close to finalizing the signing of left-back Fran Garcia from Real Madrid during the current summer transfer window to strengthen their squad.

According to journalist Matteo Moretto, Fran Garcia has reached a full agreement with Real Betis on a four-year contract, while the Andalusian club is putting the finishing touches on the deal ahead of an official announcement within the next 48 hours.

Reports indicate that Real Madrid will receive €4 million for the player's sale, while retaining 50% of his economic rights, allowing the royal club to benefit from any future transfer of Garcia.

Garcia's departure comes after Real Madrid bolstered the left-back position by signing Marc Cucurella, alongside Álvaro Carerra and Ferland Mendy, which has reduced the player's chances of regular participation next season.

It is worth noting that Fran Garcia is the fourth player to leave Real Madrid this summer, following Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, and Dani Ceballos.
