Pellegrini Considering Move to Besiktas
Lorenzo Pellegrini is on the verge of embarking on a new adventure outside Serie A, having entered negotiations with Turkish club Besiktas following the expiration of his contract with Roma.
According to "Football Italia," the midfielder, now a free agent, held a meeting with Besiktas representatives to discuss the club's project and the possibility of joining the team.
Besiktas will be led this season by coach Vincenzo Italiano, who previously expressed interest in signing Pellegrini during his tenure at Bologna.
This comes after Pellegrini's contract with Roma ended, making the 30-year-old available to move to any club for free.
This move could mark the end of a long journey for the player with Roma, as he spent most of his career with the club, except for a two-year stint at Sassuolo between 2015 and 2017.
