Officially .. Real Madrid Confirms Alaba's Departure
Real Madrid officially announced that they have reached an agreement with David Alaba to end his tenure with the club at the end of the current season, marking the conclusion of the Austrian defender's five-season stint at the "Santiago Bernabéu."
The Royal Club affirmed in its statement its great appreciation for Alaba, noting that he was part of a team that created one of the most successful periods in the history of Real Madrid, thanks to his contributions on the field and his vast experience in the backline.
Alaba has played 131 matches for Real Madrid since joining in the summer of 2021, during which he managed to win 11 different titles, leaving a clear mark despite the injuries that have affected his career in the last two seasons.
The club also announced that the fans at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium will honor Alaba next Saturday, on the occasion of the team's last league match of the season, in a special farewell to one of the most prominent stars of the recent generation.
