Juventus Includes Reijnders and Brahim Diaz in Their List of Interests

Juventus is looking to enhance creativity in their midfield during the upcoming transfer window. If an agreement with Bernardo Silva cannot be reached, reports from "La Gazzetta dello Sport" indicate that the club may turn their attention to Tijjani Reijnders of Manchester City or Brahim Diaz of Real Madrid.

Juventus is experiencing a clear deficiency in creating offensive opportunities this season, while coach Luciano Spalletti has expressed dissatisfaction with the available options in the midfield.

The club's primary goal was to sign Bernardo Silva on a free transfer, but Atletico Madrid has become the frontrunner to secure his services, especially if Juventus fails to qualify for the Champions League.

The newspaper clarified that Reinders, the former AC Milan player, transferred to Manchester City for 55 million euros plus bonuses, but he is not getting regular playing time this season.

Reinders scored 7 goals and provided 8 assists in 46 matches with Manchester City, but he started in only 29 of those matches and appeared in the starting lineup just once in the last 13 games.

The report added that the player might be available for a loan with an obligation to buy for 40 million euros, but his annual salary of 7 million euros poses an obstacle to the deal.

On the other hand, Brahim Diaz, a Real Madrid player, is considered a more cost-effective option, as he previously played with AC Milan between 2020 and 2023 before returning to the Spanish club.

Diaz's contract with Real Madrid extends until June 2027, making him one of the options considered to strengthen Juventus' midfield for the next season.
