Officially.. England's Squad Announced for the World Cup
Coach Thomas Tuchel, the head coach of the England national team, revealed the squad called up for the Three Lions who will participate in the World Cup this summer, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The squad announcement saw several notable absences due to technical decisions by the coach, including Harry Maguire, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Cole Palmer, Phil Foden, Adam Wharton, Levi Colwill, Fikayo Tomori, Lewis Hall, and Morgan Gibbs-White.
The England team will start their campaign in the tournament against Croatia on June 17, then against Ghana on June 23, and will conclude the group stage against Panama on June 27.
