The Al-Ittihad club had previously announced Aouar's absence from group training, explaining that he was suffering from acute tonsillitis accompanied by a high fever.

The official statement clarified that the player's condition required him to be taken to the hospital for treatment, before he was discharged to continue his treatment program at home under the supervision of the medical team.

Aouar, through his account on the "X" platform, indicated that he participated in the previous match despite suffering from a fever, but his condition worsened significantly afterward.

The Al-Ittihad player emphasized his full commitment to the team, affirming that he has never shirked his responsibilities and that his focus is on supporting the club until the end of the season.
