Even if Liverpool loses in the final round and Bournemouth wins, the goal difference favors Liverpool by 6 goals, confirming their qualification officially in favor of the Reds.

Bournemouth is scheduled to play against Nottingham in the final round, while Liverpool will face Brentford.

It is worth noting that the draw between Manchester City and Bournemouth officially awarded the English Premier League title to Arsenal.
