James: The Defeat is Disappointing, and This is What the Team Needs

Reece James, the captain of Chelsea, spoke about his team's loss to Manchester City by a single goal in the FA Cup final, emphasizing that the match was balanced and that small details decided the title in favor of the opponent.

James said: "I mean it's obviously disappointing to lose, there wasn't a big difference in the game, it was quite balanced, they got half a chance and managed to capitalize on it."

He continued: "No one is happy when they lose, we've lost quite a few games recently, and it has been tough."

He added: "Every time we step onto the field, the goal is to win."

Regarding what Chelsea needs in the upcoming period, James said: "I think the main thing is stability."

He continued: "Last week we went to Anfield and probably should have won, then we lost here today, it's tough, there's a lot we need to learn and benefit from to move forward."
