The media personality Ahmed Shobeir emphasized the necessity for the committee managing Ismaily Club to resign following the club's relegation from the Egyptian Premier League.
Shobeir said on his Facebook account: "The committee managing Ismaily should resign immediately after the team's relegation, and the club rejected the merger solution. Relegation will not be canceled this season."
The Ismaily club became the first team to be relegated from the Egyptian Premier League to the Second Division A (Professional League) after losing to Wadi Degla in the league on Tuesday.
Ismaily lost to Wadi Degla with a score of 2-1 in the tenth round of the relegation group in the Premier League.
