Manchester City Nears Renewal of Rodri's Contract

The reliable journalist Matteo Moretto revealed that the English club Manchester City is close to reaching an agreement with its Spanish star Rodri regarding the renewal of his contract in the upcoming period.

The current contract of the player expires in the summer of 2027, but Manchester City's management has already started negotiations with Rodri several weeks ago to extend his contract and ensure his continuation with the team for additional years.

The report indicated that Rodri was of interest to Real Madrid, as the royal club searches for a midfielder capable of leading the midfield in the future, but Real Madrid has not made any official offer to sign the player so far.

Rodri is considered one of the key pillars of Manchester City in recent years, having played 296 matches in the team's jersey across various competitions, during which he scored 28 goals and provided 32 assists.
