Pyramids Defeats ZED with Two Goals and Wins the Egypt Cup

The Pyramids team won the Egypt Cup title after defeating Zed FC with a score of 2-1 in the final match held this Sunday evening at the Cairo International Stadium.

Pyramids' first goal was scored by Karim Hafez in the 45+1 minute from a penalty, then Fiston Mayele added the second goal in the 57th minute, and in the 90+2 minute, Raafat Khalil scored a goal for Zed.

Pyramids had won the Egypt Cup in the 2023-2024 edition against ZED as well, after securing a 1-0 victory in the final match.

Zamalek won the previous edition of the Egypt Cup after defeating Pyramids on penalties following a 1-1 draw for each team.
