Rescheduling of the first round matches of the Cairo Capital Cup

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has decided to change the schedule for the first round of matches in the Cairo Capital Cup for the 2026-2027 season.

The adjustment comes due to the Egyptian national team's camp ending on October 4 instead of October 6, and to give clubs a break between the first round of the Cairo Capital Cup and the sixth round of the Egyptian League.

Al Ahly FC will face Petrol Asyut on Wednesday, October 7, at 5 PM Cairo time, at the Al Salam Stadium.

Zamalek SC will play against ZED on Wednesday, October 7, at the El Mokawloon SC Stadium at 8 PM Cairo time.

Pyramids FC will face Qanah FC on Wednesday, October 7, at 5 PM Cairo time at the 30 June Stadium.
