Concern in Arsenal and England After Ben White's Injury Against West Ham

Arsenal suffered a major blow during their match against West Ham United when their defender Ben White sustained a concerning injury, causing tension among the coaching staff and fans, just weeks before the start of the World Cup.

The English defender was injured following a strong collision with Crysencio Summerville in the middle of the first half. White fell to the ground visibly in pain, prompting the medical team to quickly intervene and treat him on the field.

After attempts to continue the match, the player was forced to leave the game amid growing concerns about the nature of the injury, at a very critical time for Arsenal, which is fiercely competing for both the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League titles.

The state of concern has also extended to the English national team, especially with the World Cup approaching, as White is considered one of the important names in the team's plans just one month before the tournament kicks off.

On his part, Gary Neville commented on the incident during his appearance on "Sky Sports," affirming that the injury could have been avoided. He said, "It's easy to defend when you go in strong, but he dealt with the ball weakly."

After White's exit, coach Mikel Arteta decided to make a surprising change by bringing in Martin Zubimendi, despite having the defensive duo Cristian Mosquera and Piero Hincapié on the bench.

It is noted that Miles Lewis-Skelly has participated in several matches as a left-back with Arsenal and the England national team, but he has never played as a right-back, which adds complexity to Arteta's defensive options in the upcoming phase.
