Press reports have revealed that Bayern Munich is keen on retaining their Canadian star Alphonso Davies within the team, as the player wishes to continue his journey with the club following his recovery from injury.

According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Davies is not considering leaving Bayern Munich despite interest from several clubs in his services. Additionally, the club's management has not put him up for sale or entered into any negotiations with intermediaries regarding his marketing.

The report added that Bayern Munich does not intend to open negotiations for the sale of the player, except in the case of receiving an exceptional offer that changes its stance.

Davies is among the highest-paid players on the team, with an annual income of around 20 million euros, including bonuses. His contract with the club extends until 2030.

The player recently returned to participate with the team after a period of absence due to injury, having played 17 matches in the 2025/2026 season across various competitions. He scored his first goal during the recent Bundesliga match against Stuttgart and has provided 3 assists since the start of the season.
