Chalobah said, "Yes, it was a step back. We gave it our all, but we weren't the better team."

He continued: "I don't know the reason for the poor start. We had a game plan and tried to execute it. We did our best and worked on the plan all week, but we lost today. We must rise again, and we cannot dwell on these moments."

He added, "We as players can take responsibility for the performance. We know how much the fans support us, and we understand their frustration with the results because we are not winning matches. We have to stick together and get through this situation."

He continued: "I believe the players put in a great effort, and if you look at the locker room, you'll find everyone exhausted. It's not about the effort; we gave it our all, but we lost today."

He concluded his remarks by saying: "We ran a lot today, the statistics prove it, the players are tired."
