Salah said in the press conference: 'The draw came as a logical and acceptable result for both parties. Erbil is a good team with outstanding players, especially in the forward lines.'

He added: 'The team suffered from a clear numerical shortage in addition to the lack of solutions on the bench, so players were employed in different positions to maintain the team's balance. The overall performance is credited to the players under these circumstances, and we must commend their spirit and commitment on the field.'

For his part, team player Youssef Aziz said: 'Getting a point away from our home is an acceptable result, acknowledging that two important points were lost which could have been secured.'

He continued: 'The team performed better in the second half with a noticeable improvement in performance and we were close to winning. The ambition remains to deliver a stronger performance in upcoming matches to satisfy the fans. The performance in the last three matches has been positive and reflects the team's development.'
