Thursday 26-03-2026
The Swedish striker Roni Bardji expressed his dissatisfaction with his limited appearances this season with Barcelona, asserting that he deserves more playing time. At the same time, he expressed his happiness at fulfilling his dream of playing with the Catalan team.

Bardji said, "The truth is that up until now, I've had little time to play."

He continued: "I have patience, but honestly, I think I deserved to play more, especially with the busy schedule that physically exhausted the team."

He added about his role as a substitute: "No, I am not 100% happy, but this is football. I have great respect for my teammates who have been in the team for a long time. They are my colleagues. I know what I can do and I have great confidence in myself."

In another part of his statements, Bardji expressed his joy at joining Barcelona, saying: "It has always been my dream to play for Barcelona."

He affirmed: "When I won my first championship, it was an amazing experience and an unforgettable feeling."

Bardji has participated in only 615 minutes since the beginning of the season, including 384 minutes in the Spanish league, mostly in preliminary roles during the final minutes of matches. During this time, he scored two goals and assisted four others in official matches.

Due to this limited participation, Bardji has become a target for many clubs in the summer transfer market, while Barcelona is considering the possibility of selling him to boost the club's finances or fund the acquisition of other players, making him one of the most prominent sellable assets on the team.
