Patrice Beaumelle, the coach of Tunisian club Espérance, spoke about the importance of the upcoming match against Al Ahly in the first leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals, noting that his team is focused on the game.

Esperance Sportive de Tunis defeated their guest, Stade Tunisien, with a score of 1-0 in the match that brought the two teams together this evening, Saturday, at the Hammadi Agrebi Stadium, as part of the 23rd round of the Tunisian Premier League.

Patrice Beaumelle said in statements to Tunisian television after the match: "At halftime, we faced some minor muscle warnings for three of our players."
