Jesus, Carrasco, and Pinto Lead Roshan League Awards for February
The Saudi Professional League announced on Monday the winners of the awards for the best player, coach, goalkeeper, and promising player in the Roshn League for the month of February.
The Belgian Yannick Carrasco, the captain of Al-Shabab, topped the list of winners of the Best Player award due to his significant contributions to his team's resurgence. He scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists during the month, totaling 9 goal contributions overall.
Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, the manager of Al-Nassr, won the Best Coach award after leading the team to achieve a perfect record in six matches during February, from rounds 20 to 24, in addition to the postponed match from the tenth round, bringing the team to 61 points and regaining the top position in the league.
The Brazilian goalkeeper Pinto Matheus of Al-Nassr won the Best Goalkeeper award following his remarkable performance in February's matches, while Abdulaziz Al-Aliwa, the winger for Al-Khulood, received the Best Promising Player award. This is the third time he has achieved this title, following his wins in October and December of last year.
