Marwan Attia, the star of Al Ahly, denied requesting a modification of his contract with the Red Club and pointed out that Ahmed Sayed Zizo and Emam Ashour are currently the best in Egypt.

Marwan Attia stated on "MBC Egypt" channel: "I did not request a contract amendment with Al Ahly, and this talk did not happen, nor will I disclose the current value of my contract."

He added, "I feel reassured with Mohamed El-Shenawy as the goalkeeper for Al Ahly over Mostafa Shobeir, and Zamalek is the best team in Egypt after Al Ahly."

He continued: "Zizo and Emam Ashour are great players and they are the best in Egypt, and in my opinion, Emam Ashour is the best."

He concluded: "I asked Lionel Messi for his jersey after the match against Inter Miami in the Club World Cup, but he refused to give it to me."
