Manchester United Identifies Casemiro's Replacement from Real Madrid
Saturday 21-02-2026
Press reports reveal that Manchester United is planning to move to sign French player Eduardo Camavinga from Real Madrid as a potential successor to Brazilian star Casemiro in the midfield.

The Brazilian star is set to leave Manchester United at the end of the current season, following the end of his contract with the Red Devils.

According to reports, Real Madrid's management is open to the idea of selling their 23-year-old player if an offer of no less than 75 million euros or more is received.

The report indicated that Manchester United sees Camavinga as an ideal option to revitalize the midfield due to his great physical capabilities and tactical flexibility, making him capable of playing in more than one position in the midfield.

The French star has yet to show his full potential since joining Real Madrid from French club Rennes in 2021, as he has suffered from injuries that hindered his development, in addition to the competition in the midfield with the presence of Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
