Youssef Belamri, the Al-Ahly player, expressed his happiness after his team qualified as the leader of their group in the African Champions League.

Al Ahly drew 0-0 with Morocco's Royal Army this Sunday evening in the sixth and final round, allowing Al Ahly to qualify as the group leader, while the Moroccan team qualified as the group's runner-up.

Belamri said in statements to "beIN Sports" channel after the match: "Congratulations to us for qualifying. It wasn't easy; we faced a strong team. Thank God for the point, and we topped the group."

When asked, "Do you prefer facing North African or West African teams in the quarter-finals?" he replied, "There are no choices; we must be well-prepared for any opponent."

He concluded: "All matches are tough, and we must be adequately prepared for any opponent, then reach the final and win the title, dedicating it to the fans."
