Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo spoke to the press following their 1-0 victory over Paphos in the seventh round of the Champions League group stage at Stamford Bridge.

Caicedo, the scorer for the Blues, said: "It was a very important goal for the team, so I am very happy because the match was extremely difficult. The team performed well."

He added, "We earned three points, and now we will celebrate this victory and continue to work hard because we have another match coming up."

Regarding his infrequent scoring with headers: "Tonight was the right night, so I'm very happy."

Regarding being a leader on the team: "Many people tell me that I'm a leader. I don't speak much in the locker room, but I like to show it on the field and during training."

He concluded about playing against a team that relies on defense: "It was very difficult, but we controlled the match well, and that was important for us because we were able to score more goals at any moment."
