The journalist Mohamed Tarek revealed updates regarding the coaching staff of Al-Ahly club, specifically about who will be the goalkeeper for the team's upcoming match against Tanzania's Young Africans in the CAF Champions League on Friday.

During his statements on the "Al Match" program on "Sada El Balad" channel, Tarek explained that the new Swiss goalkeeping coach, Kai Steffensen, requested head coach Jess Thorup to postpone the decision on selecting the main goalkeeper (Mohamed El Shenawy or Mostafa Shobeir) until after the first training session for the duo under his supervision, scheduled for today, Wednesday.

Stefansson emphasized the need for precise technical and psychological handling of the two goalkeepers, especially in light of the repercussions of their recent participation in the Africa Cup of Nations. He believes that El Shenawy may have been negatively affected as the team captain, while Shobeir is in high spirits.
