Mahrez said at the press conference held today, Friday, that pressure is naturally present in a major tournament like the Africa Cup of Nations, but he emphasized that the match against Nigeria does not represent additional pressure on the players.

The captain of the Algerian national team added that everyone is working with a team spirit to achieve the goal of qualification, emphasizing that the team is ready to face the match and aims to come out victorious and secure a spot in the semifinals.

Mahrez emphasized at the end of his statements the necessity for the players to give their best and perform at the required level on the field in order to achieve the desired result.
