Balotelli Transfers to the Saudi League
Italian journalist Nicolo Shira announced the completion of the transfer deal of the Italian striker Mario Balotelli to the Saudi club Al-Ettifaq, in a free transfer deal, after reaching a full agreement between all parties.
According to Shira, Balotelli signed a contract extending until the summer of 2028, which he had revealed two weeks ago, thus starting a new chapter in his professional career as "Super Mario".
This deal comes as part of Al-Ettifaq club's efforts to strengthen its forward line with a player who has extensive experience in European fields, as Balotelli has previously played with several prominent clubs in Italy, England, and France.
Balotelli's last experience was with the Italian club Genoa, where he had a short period during which he could not regain his usual brilliance, before his contract with the club ended, leading him to decide to embark on a new experience outside Europe through the gateway of the Saudi league.
