Neom Opens the Door to Salvation for the Ostracized Al-Ahli Player
Saudi club Neom is close to putting an end to the struggles of Ayman Falatah, the Al-Ahli player, as he is on the verge of transferring during the current winter transfer window.
Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported that Ayman Falatah is close to joining the Neom team, coming from Al-Ahli Club on a loan deal until the end of the current season, for a duration of six months.
The move to sign Neom came at the direct request of the French coach Christophe Galtier, due to the numerical shortage the team is facing after the injuries to Abdel Malik Al-Ayiri and Abbas Al-Hassan.
The technical staff of Neom is looking to strengthen the midfield with ready-made players, which has made Ayman Flata a strong candidate during the winter transfer window.
Flatah has suffered from a complete absence from participating with Al-Ahli this season, as he has not appeared in any official matches with the team so far.
German coach Matthias Jaissle of Al-Ahly had agreed to the player's departure during the current period, as he does not need his services at this stage.
Ayman Falatah is tied to a long-term contract with Al-Ahli Club that extends until June 2029, giving the club's management flexibility in deciding his future after the loan period ends.
