Sports presenter Ahmed Shobeir issued warnings to the Egyptian national team players ahead of tomorrow's match against Benin in the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Egypt national team will face the Benin national team tomorrow, Monday, in the Round of 16 of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Shobeir said in his radio statements: "The stars of the Egyptian national team must not allow counterattacks like what happened against the Zimbabwean team."

He continued: "Don't let the Benin national team take you to a draw and extra time, especially since African teams are naturally strong, so we avoid getting into a cycle we don't need."

He continued his warnings, saying: "Beware of rushing decisions on the green field and making mistakes in those decisions."

Shobeir concluded: "We need to focus on the technical work. We have a fantastic attacking trio: Mohamed Salah, Morshoush, and Trezeguet, with Zizo behind them and Marwan strong in shooting. We also have excellent full-backs and Hamdy Fathi. God willing, may God bless us and bring joy to the entire Egyptian people."
