The management of Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal Club, headed by Prince Nawaf bin Saad, has presented a new and improved offer to Portuguese international Ruben Neves, the first team's midfielder, to extend his contract for an additional two years, as part of the club's desire to retain one of its key pillars.

According to reports, Neves has previously declined several renewal offers from Al Hilal, but he is currently considering the latest offer presented by the club's management.

Although Al-Hilal prefers to keep the player on their team, they do not object to considering external offers if the Portuguese player decides not to sign, provided that the offers are no less than 15 million pounds sterling.

If the door for departure opens, several Premier League clubs are closely monitoring Neves' situation. Newcastle United has previously shown interest in the player, while Leeds United has made inquiries about the possibility of signing him.

Manchester United's name has also been linked with Neves in previous transfer windows, but no official offer has been made so far, either for the player or to Al Hilal, according to talkSPORT network today, Tuesday.

It is worth mentioning that Ruben Neves joined Al Hilal in June 2023, coming from Wolverhampton for £47 million. Since then, he has played in 108 matches for the team, scoring 14 goals and providing 25 assists, becoming one of the standout midfielders in the Saudi League.
