Reports indicate that Chelsea Football Club currently has no intention of making a serious move to sign Ghanaian striker Antoine Semaineau, a Bournemouth player, during this period.

According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Chelsea's management has already made an initial inquiry about the player's status as part of monitoring several attacking options available to the club in anticipation of any future developments.

The source added that the London club holds great appreciation for Semaineau's technical and physical abilities and considers him one of the distinguished players in the English Premier League; however, this has not yet translated into concrete steps.

The report clarified that the main reason for freezing the idea is Chelsea's confidence in its current attacking options, as the management and coaching staff believe the team has sufficient solutions in the forward line, making the deal not a priority at this stage.
