Revealing a Clause in Endrick's Contract with Lyon
Friday 19-12-2025
The Spanish radio station "COPE" revealed new details regarding the future of the young Brazilian star Endrick, stating that his transfer agreement to French club Lyon includes a clause requiring the club to guarantee him a certain number of appearances.

According to the source, Endrick's transfer to Lyon will be on loan until the end of the current season, and it is expected to be finalized during the upcoming January winter transfer window.

The agreement includes a clause that requires Lyon to play the player in at least 25 matches during the second half of the season, aiming to ensure he gets sufficient playing time.

The decision for Endrick to leave comes amid his limited playing time this season with Real Madrid under coach Xabi Alonso, prompting both the club and the player to seek a solution that ensures the young striker's development and the acquisition of necessary experience.

The 19-year-old has played only 3 matches this season with Real Madrid, totaling 99 minutes across all competitions.
