Jorge Mendes Closes the Door on the Departure of Vitinha and Neves

The reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano, citing the famous players' agent Jorge Mendes, confirmed that the Portuguese duo Vitinha and Joao Neves will not be leaving Paris Saint-Germain in the near future.

Mendes said in statements to Romano: "Vitinha and Joao Neves were never an option for any club from the start. Both are non-negotiable for Paris Saint-Germain."

He added: "The players are very happy at Paris Saint-Germain and will continue to win titles with the club in the coming years."

Mendes' statements put an end to the speculations linking the Portuguese duo with several major European clubs, foremost among them Real Madrid, whose names were recently associated with a list of potential targets to strengthen the midfield.

It appears that the management of Paris Saint-Germain has no intention of letting go of two of the most important pillars of their sports project, given the outstanding performances they delivered last season and the pivotal role expected of them in the coming years.
