Approaching Return of Al-Hilal Defender Enhances Inzaghi's Options Ahead of Al-Fateh Clash in King's Cup

Ali Al-Jaami, defender of Al-Hilal Saudi Club, has increased chances of making a comeback with the team during the match against Al-Fateh in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, following positive developments in his treatment program.

According to Al-Riyadiyah newspaper, Lajami is close to rejoining group training after overcoming the majority of his recovery from the hamstring injury he sustained recently.

The 29-year-old player has entered the final stage of rehabilitation and has already started touching the ball, which increases the likelihood of him being included in the list of 20 players the coach will rely on for the upcoming match.

Al Hilal is preparing to face Al-Fateh on Saturday at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Riyadh, at 5:40 PM Mecca time, as part of the King’s Cup quarterfinals.

Lajami sustained his injury against Al-Gharafa of Qatar in the AFC Elite Champions League on November 3rd, and medical examination indicated that he would need between three and four weeks for a full recovery.

The coaching and medical staff hope the player will be ready before the match, especially given the importance of the game and the team's congested schedule in local and continental competitions.
