El Shenawy: Our Goal is to Win the Champions League Title
Mohamed El Shenawy, Al Ahly's star player, confirmed that his team is ready to face JS Kabylie and that the Red's goal is to win the championship title.
Al Ahly will face their opponent, JS Kabylie, tomorrow evening, Saturday, in the first round of the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
Al-Shenawy said in the press conference before the match: "We are used to intense focus and understand the importance and value of the game. We are aiming to achieve victory, especially since the team received a morale boost after winning the Super Cup and following the end of the international break."
He added: "Al Ahly is in a balanced group and ready to face any team. Anyone who wants to win the title must be prepared to face everyone."
He concluded: "The team's focus is strong against an opponent with extensive experience, and we approach each match independently. Since returning to group training, there has been attention to every detail, and our goal is to win tomorrow's match."
