Al Ahly Settles Afsha's Situation and Reveals the Truth About Koka's Departure Condition

Mohamed Magdy "Afsha," the midfielder of Al Ahly Club, has received several offers from abroad recently to sign him in the upcoming January transfer window, either on loan or as a permanent transfer, with the player welcoming leaving the decision to his club's management.

According to what journalist Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed on the program "Stad Al-Mahwar," Al-Ahly requested that offers be submitted officially before discussing them with the coaching staff led by the German coach Thorup, in preparation for making the most appropriate decision.

From its side, the planning committee at Al Ahly Club considers that keeping Afsha is the best option, given the shortage of players in the playmaking position. The team currently relies mainly on Emam Ashour and Afsha, with the possibility of including Zizo in some matches.

In another context, a source within Al-Ahly denied recent rumors that Ahmed Nabil "Koka" requested a clause in his new contract allowing him to leave for one of the Gulf clubs. The source confirmed that the club has not yet held any official meeting with the player regarding contract renewal.

The source indicated that Koka only requested a verbal promise allowing him to pursue a professional opportunity in Europe in the future if a suitable offer arises, which aligns with the player's ambitions and the club's desire to protect its financial rights.
