Atalanta Officially Appoints Raffaele Palladino as Head Coach
Atalanta officially announced the appointment of Raffaele Palladino as the new head coach of the first team, with a contract that runs until June 30, 2027. The club hopes that the 41-year-old coach will lead the team to achieve strong results.
Aladino began his coaching career with the youth teams of Monza before taking charge of 126 professional matches, including 73 matches with Monza and 53 matches with Fiorentina. He led Fiorentina to a sixth-place finish in the Italian league last season with 65 points and reached the semifinals of the UEFA Europa Conference League 2024/2025.
Paladino will be joined in the coaching staff by several experts, including Stefano Sittirio as assistant coach, Federico Belluso as a technical collaborator, Fabio Corabi as a fitness coach, Nicola Riva as a fitness assistant, and Andrea Ramboni and Mattia Casilla as match analysts.
The new coach will also rely on the staff members who have been working with the club since the beginning of the season, such as Christian Raimondi as a technical collaborator, Marco Savorani as the goalkeeping coach, Sabino Oliva as the goalkeeping assistant coach, Marcelo Eiaia as a performance analyst, Stefano Brambilla as a match analyst, and Andrea Vigni as a fitness assistant coach.
