South Korean Refereeing Team to Lead Morocco vs. New Caledonia Match
The International Football Federation (FIFA) has appointed a refereeing team from South Korea to officiate the match between the Moroccan U-17 national team and their counterpart from New Caledonia, as part of the third round of the group stage of the U-17 World Cup.
The Korean referee, Shwa Hyung Jae, will take on the role of the main referee, assisted by his compatriots Bang Gyeol and Shion Jin Hee, while the fourth referee position has been assigned to the Dutch referee Sander van der Yeik, with Stefan de Groot serving as the fifth referee.
It is worth mentioning that referee Sander van der Eijk had previously participated as the fourth official during the match between Morocco and Japan in the first round of the same tournament.
The match between the Atlas Cubs and New Caledonia is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Sunday, starting at 2:30 PM (GMT +1).
