Player Hamza Bouhadi stated in media remarks before facing Japan: "We held our last training session before tomorrow's match, and we fully understand the importance of this confrontation. We are completely prepared and we seek to achieve victory, God willing. The victory of the U20 team in the World Cup has been a great motivation for us, and we promised the fans that we will do everything we can to make them happy."

For his part, player Elias Al-Saeedi praised the atmosphere within the training camp in Doha, saying: "The conditions here are ideal, and the pitches are wonderful.
