Algerian star Sofiane Feghouli continues to work quietly and patiently in his new experience with Baghdad's Al-Emana Club, within the Iraqi Stars League for the 25-26 season, confirming his desire to regain his full readiness before strongly entering the team's starting lineup.

Al-Emana had signed Feghouli last August in a free transfer deal, after the end of his contract with Turkish club Karagümrük, making him one of the most prominent foreign signings in the Iraqi league this season.

Al-Emana's coach, Issam Hamad, stated in exclusive remarks: "Having a player like Sofiane Feghouli is an important technical addition to the team. The player has a high football intellect and helps his teammates develop both on and off the field. We see him as a true leader within the group."

He added: "His participation requires some time, as he is handling the situation with calmness and patience. He understands well that returning to full readiness requires gradual work, especially since he has extensive experience in European pitches."

Hamad continued: "We need his vast experiences gained from playing in major clubs like Valencia and Galatasaray, and he is capable of transferring these experiences to the other players. Even in the last minutes he participated, he made a difference and had a clear impact on the results."

Hamad pointed out that the team has started to show better lately, explaining: "We have brought in a group of new players this season, and now the harmony is increasing among the team members. The recent results have given us a strong morale boost, and we are working on continuity and presenting a season worthy of the club's name."
