The Tunisian stadium has exited the African Union Cup competition from the second preliminary round, despite winning this evening, Saturday, against its guest, Olympic Safi of Morocco, with a score of 2-1, in the match held at Hamadi Akari Stadium in Rades.

Despite the clear field dominance of the "Bardo" team, the defeat in the first leg in Morocco (2-0) made the qualification task difficult from the start.

Amadou Nday opened the scoring for the Tunisian stadium from the penalty spot in the 65th minute, before the Moroccan Anas Al-Daw managed to equalize for Safi in the 85th minute. In the dying moments of the match, captain Marwan Al-Sahrawi succeeded in scoring the second goal in the 90+5th minute, but time did not allow the Tunisian team to score the third goal that would have led them to extra time or qualification.

With this result, the adventure of the Tunisian stadium in the continental competition ends early, despite the brave performance and great determination shown by the players in a strong confrontation where they presented a level befitting the club's history.
