Injuries Hit Tottenham Ahead of Monaco Match
Tuesday 21-10-2025
The training sessions of Tottenham saw the absence of captain Cristian Romero and defender Destiny Udogie, ahead of the team's upcoming match against Monaco, according to British network "Sky Sports".

The network clarified that Romero suffered a minor injury in the adductor muscle, as he was scheduled to start against Aston Villa, but he had to leave the training session before the match, with Kevin Danso taking his place in the starting lineup.

As for Udogie, he is suffering from a minor knee injury, but the report confirmed that it is not considered serious.

"Sky Sports" added that the rest of the players who participated in the match against Aston Villa trained normally, which was seen as a positive sign for coach Thomas Frank, especially given the busy fixture schedule in the upcoming period.
