French newspaper "L'Équipe" reported that star Kylian Mbappe is still suffering from ankle pain, which puts his participation in the upcoming match against Real Madrid against Getafe in doubt.

The newspaper explained that Mbappe will undergo group training with the team on Friday and Saturday to assess his physical condition before making a final decision regarding his participation in the ninth round of La Liga.

Mbappe sustained the injury during the match against Villarreal in the eighth round of La Liga, and despite this, he joined the French national team and participated in the match against Azerbaijan last week, before being substituted in the final minutes after feeling pain in his ankle again.
