A British court in Willesden issued a ruling today, Thursday, imposing a financial penalty on the Algerian international Saïd Benrahma, a player for Lyon FC, related to an incident that dates back to his time playing with West Ham United in England.

According to the British newspaper "Mirror", Benrahma appeared before the court via video link after a lawsuit was filed by a British citizen named Luke Rhiben, with events dating back to July 2023.

The details of the case indicate that two dogs owned by Benrahma attacked citizen Rhiben while the player was in England, leading to a judicial investigation that concluded today with the issuance of the ruling.
